What if I'm an existing app member?
For existing members, all points and information will be transferred to the new app. Upgrade your app and insert your email associated with your loyalty app, you’ll be prompted to make a new password to sign in.
How can I add points if I forgot at the register?
You can add points to your Stan's app anytime--even after checkout! You can add points via the QR code on your receipt just open up you app click Add Points and scan!
How do I request a refund on an online order?
If you ordered through the Stan's website or Stan's Perks App, please email infogrp@stansdonuts.com. If you ordered through DoorDash or Grubhub, contact their support team to process the refund.
